He is gorgeous. Just like my boy. I used to worry that I had damaged him, but I look him now at 14 and know that he’s ok. He is a compassionate caring young man, that I constantly receive compliments about. I’m so glad that you are able to see all the good memories you have together. X

Tuesday, wow, thank you for sharing!!! The fog of PND lifted for me when my little one was 11 months old and I was always a little ashamed. It’s just so encouraging to hear I was not alone!!!

‘Photograph therapy’ (as I like to think of it) was so critical for me in my recovery, I needed a gentle reminded that the beautiful little boy I had was mine and he was happy too!

Tuesday, so beautiful are your words. I too went through Post Natal Depression and it was so like living in a cloud. You eventually come out the other side but there is always the doubt that you could of handled things differently. Thank you for putting into words what I’ve felt for so long. Jenn
